WALL TOUCHES (10 touches with
each leg)
Stand approximately 6 inches from
the wall with your back facing it. While
standing on your right leg turn and touch the wall with your right hand.
Repeat with your left leg & hand.
Use foam pad if possible.
PARTNER CATCH (10 catches with
each leg)
Stand on your right leg. Have a partner throw you a light ball.
Catch it and throw it back. Repeat
with your right leg. Use foam pad if possible
TOE SCRUNCHES (10 scrunches with
each foot)
While seated, place a towel on
the ground in front of you. Place
a light weight of no more than 2 lbs. on the far end of the towel. With shoes and socks off, pull the weight
towards you by repeatedly grabbing and releasing the towel with your right
foot. Repeat with left foot.
TOE PULLS IN (10 pulls with each
foot)
While seated, place a towel on
the ground in front of you. Place
a light weight of no more than 2 lbs. on the far end of the towel. With shoes and socks off, pull the weight
in towards the middle by repeatedly grabbing and releasing the towel with
your right foot. Repeat with
left foot.
TOE PULLS OUT (10 pulls with each
foot)
While seated, place a towel on
the ground in front of you. Place
a light weight of no more than 2 lbs. on the far end of the towel. With shoes and socks off, pull the weight
out away from the middle by repeatedly grabbing and releasing the towel with
your right foot. Repeat with
left foot
