Hurdle Hops

 

á    Set hurdles anywhere from 24Ó to 28Ó

á    Put 5 hurdles in a row

á    One hop between

á    Do 2 sets of 5

 

Box Up's

 

á    Jump up to the tall box using both feet

á    Use whichever box is appropriate to your ability

á    10 jumps total

 

Box Down's

 

á    Set-up two small boxes about 3 feet apart

á    Standing on one box, jump down to the ground and as quickly as possible jump up to the next box

á    Do 10 jumps total

 

Single Leg Cycles

 

á    Take off and land on the same leg

á    Do 5 cycles with each leg

 

ABS

 

á    Do one set of any of the medicine ball drills

á    Do one set of 25 hanging knee ups
