Approximate Time Schedule of Events:

Once the meet begins at 11:00am they will run all events on a rolling start basis. Meaning you will need to be aware of the number of heats of each event to properly plan your warm-up.

     60m hurdles (prelim- top 16 to finals)

     60m dash (final)

AWARDS: Medals will be awarded to the top six (6) placers in all events. 

HEATS: Heats will be seeded by times with the fastest heats being first in all events except the 60m dash and 60m hurdles where the fast heat is last.

RESULTS: Results for all performances will be posted at the track as the meet progresses. A full set of results will be posted on the Internet sites where you made your entries.

UNI athletic trainers will be at the meet for injuries and emergencies only. They will not be able to give treatments or tape injuries.

You may use 1/4" (9mm) spikes or smaller on the track and jumping areas. Starting blocks will be supplied by UNI. Teams must supply their own shot puts and batons.
