AWARDS: Medals will be awarded to the top eight (8) placers in all events. 
High School rules apply and do not allow us to give away award shirts. 
However, a championship shirt will be available to the event winners for $2 

HEATS: Heats will be seeded by times with the fastest heats being first in all events except the 3,000 where the fast heat is last. Heats and Flights will be posted on the Internet at cyclones.com under "Indoor Track", or the Iowa track coaches web site iatfcc.com on Sunday evening prior to the meet.

RESULTS: Results for all performances will be posted at the track as the meet progresses. A full set of results will be posted on the Internet sites where you made your entries.

We have always had a problem with restroom facilities as the teams arrive at the Lied Recreation Center. Please make a restroom stop before getting to Ames and the track. This will help everyone.

Coaches Must Pick Up Packets at the meet under the canopy in the lobby and Make Final Scratches at a separate scratch table on the East end of the track. You may substitute athletes for someone who has already been entered in an event. The results will list the original athlete.

Because Iowa State students and staff will be using other parts of the Lied Recreation Center, we have been asked to restrict the high school students to the main floor.

Results for all performances will be posted as the meet progresses. A full set of results will be posted on the on the HS coaches site iatfcc.org following the meet.

Iowa State athletic trainers will be at the meet for injuries and emergencies only. They will not be able to give treatments or tape injuries.

You may use 1/4" (9mm) spikes or smaller on the track and jumping areas. Starting blocks (supplied by ISU) will be used only in the 60 dash and hurdles. Teams must supply their own shot puts and batons.

Concessions and T-shirts will be available at the meet. University policy does not allow pop, juice, food, or coolers to be brought into the Lied Rec. Center.
