Drake Relays 2009
It was a long but fruitful weekend. We come home with a new discus record from Majesty and several other top ten performances. Not everything went perfectly but when we did stumble we came back with a superior effort when the next opportunity presented itself. That bodes well for the future. We have a few more weeks of competition and training remaining. Lets make each workout and each performance help us to realize our goals
