City High rolls up 184 points

Jessica Elliott won the discus, breaking her own meet record from last year with a toss of 126-feet for the Little Hawks.

Other individual event winners for City were Emily Triplett in the 100-yard hurdles, Nelle Trefz in the 800, Kelly Sherry in the 400 hurdles, and Meggan Reed in the 1,500.

• CREEK CLASSIC RELAYS: Clear Creek Amana and West Branch won their classes at the Creek Classic Relays in Tiffin.

Clear Creek Amana had 127 points to second-place Williams-burg's 118 in Class A.

West Branch racked up 132 points to win Class B.

In Class A, the Clippers won the 4x100, shuttle hurdle and 4x200 relays, and got individual wins from Savanna Walls in the 400 hurdles and high jump, Jenna Spratt in the 200, Taylor Leichsenring in the long jump and Sarah Sedivec in the shot put.

Williamsburg won the 1,500 (Terran Wertz), 3,000 (Wertz) 4x400, distance medley relay, 400 (Abby Jones), 100 (Diana Meyer), sprint medley and 800 (Jones).

West Branch's winners in Class B: the distance medley, 4x200, 4x100 and sprint medley relays; and Jessica Liebergen in the 100 and long jump, Courtney Casper in the 100 hurdles, Katie Lumpa in the 800, Bonnie Hahn in the shot put and LeAnne Woods in the 400 hurdles.
