City High's girls track team finished third at the Quad City Indoor Meet on Friday at Augustana College in Rock Island, Ill.

The Little Hawks scored 37 points, while Rock Island, Ill., won with 95.

Sarah Anciaux finished fourth in the shot put with a toss of 37-feet, 2-inches. Laura Minchk was sixth in the shot put, and Natalie Massey was sixth in the high jump.

Running events took place Thursday.

Team scores (top 5) -- 1. Rock Island, Ill. 95; 2. Galesburg 44; 3. City High 37; 4. Moline, Ill., 32; 5. Geneseo, Ill. 26.

City place-winners:

High jump -- 6. Natalie Massey 4-8.

Shot put -- 4. Sarah Anciaux 37-2; 6. Laura Minchk 34-7.
